I was a little annoyed because it took them forever just to bring my bag up. When I arrived at the hotel, the bellman insisted on taking my bag up, so I happily obliged. Having arrived late in the evening from a long flight, all I wanted to do was shower right away, change my clothes, and go out to meet up with someone for a late dinner. So, I hopped into the shower. When I got out, my bags were not there yet. I waited for the bellman to come. After 5-10 minutes and still no sign, I called down to see what was going on. The bellstand did not know where it was. I ended up having to go out to dinner in my airplane/casual clothes. Oh well.... at least they didn't lose my bag, as it was there in my room when I got back.
Other than the bag incident, I was generally happy with my stay. The room was nice and clean. As a Wyndham ByRequest member, I got free high speed internet access and complimentary bottled water, juice, and assorted nuts awaiting my arrival. I didn't have to pay much for the room either as my friend, who works at Wyndham Corporate, hooked me up.
