Severin Na Kupi Travel Guide

Severin na Kupi is a place located on the road Karlovac-Rijeka, in a Gorski kotar region. The Frankopans' castle is on the slope bank of the river Kupa, it was first mentioned in 1558. After its reconstruction there is a hotel in it now.

Winter tourism is rather developed here. Kupa is very rich with fish and green woods are rest for eyes. In Medvjede in Stari Tis there is a monument of garden architecture that is under law protection. Otherwise, Severin County existed since 1776.
