| Downtown Santiago may not get the press compared to its neighboring cities like Rio de Janiero or Buenos Aires but it's has all the wonderful characteristics of any prominent South American city. And on a clear day you can see the Andes frm the distance (if the heavy smog doesn't inhibit your view). |
