Everything is awful

Rebecca says 14 years ago

Everything about this restaurant is just awful - musty smell everywhere. The food is bland and overcooked. The restroom is dirty and falling apart. Nothing has been cleaned since 1929, it looks like. There are so many Chinese restaurants in Portland. This place shouldn't exist.
