Plomin is a place with 140 inhabitants on the Pula - Rijeka road, built on the location of a former Illyrian - Roman settlement, Restaurant "Plomin" offers a wonderful view of the Plomin Bay. A medieval system of ramparts from the 13th century is well-preserved. Southern wall of the Romanesque church of St. Joseph bears the 2nd century Glagolitic inscription, the oldest Glagolitic inscription in Istria. | |
