| I travelled to Ogbomosho with my family in december 2009. Ogbomosho is a town in oyo state, southwestern Nigeria. There are many beautiful hotels in Ogbomosho. Siktiam Hotel at Ikirun road and Olugbon Hotel. (to name few) Each of these hotel has their own restaurant, they serves both western and traditional food.
There are other restaurants in town, Mr. Bigg is a nice restaurant that serves western food, it also has play ground for children. there are many local restaurants that serves traditional food. Eko restaurant serves delicious local dishes, you can watch local people going by their daily lives while enjoying your food. A block from Eko restaurant is a local artist studio, you can stop by and purchase one of his local scene painting. Across from the artist studio is a bank with ATM.
