No title - expert review Talk about recycling old buildings. This chic restaurant and hotel was converted from a dreary garage built in the 1940s. Today the gas jockeys and grease monkeys are long gone and you're more likely to see Monaco's Prince Albert running around the joint, or perhaps Mariah Carey or John Cleese. The ... frommers.com
