Very clean room with hot water, cable tv, pool safe box and air con. Very helpful and friendly hotel owner, with fairly good english. Keeps the place spotless! No breakfast but you are able to get coffee at 30THB. Prices are PER PERSON so for 2 people we paid 1000THB ($30AUD or so). Only downside is...
