Woah! - user review I had forgotten how nice it was to stay in a 5 star hotel. My Spanish is decent but it was also nice that everyone at the hotel desk spoke English. I like to hit a city pretty hard and it was nice to come back to a place where you know you're taken care of. Note of advice though, don't eat there!!! ... expedia.com

Hotel Nice but they are not very accomadating - user review Problems with trying to upgrade our package. We enjoyed the concierge, but the rest of the front desk staff was not so friendly.
