I stayed at chuo new annex from 12/27 - 1/1 and it was great. The rooms were small but cozy. The staff was extremely friendly and could speak english and korean. The only gripe is they only have one 24 hour shower room which is a pain if someone has to use it. Also, there is no hot water on the sink...
