Blato na Cetini is a village with a population of 770 at an elevation of 350. It is located in the central flow of the Cetina on the road from Sinj to Omis via Sestanovac. From here the canyon of the Cetina begins and continues on to Zadvarje where the river is most beautiful.
Here and in the neighboring Kresevo the cultivation of fruit and vegetables is extremely successful. Apart from the stores and the inns the Omial canning factory from Omis also has its plant here. The parish church of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built in 1742.
