mixed reviews - user review The room was nice...except for the floor's fire escape alarm being on our room door if you didn't lock or unlock it correctly it would go off (and it did). good value for Boston - user review The staff of the Beacon Inn is friendly and the 1087 location is a pleasant 10 minute walk from Fenway and a little further to the Back Bay. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but the trolley was right on the street to take into dowtown Boston. The rooms are quaint, and the staff very friendly.
